As soon as payment is received and cleared your item(s) will be shipped. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, however we do  make sure insurance covers the amount of the item inside. We are not responsible for duty charges across boarders, they are the buyers responsibility.

If you are ordering overseas we may contact you for extra money to cover shipping charges.

Almost everything on this site is made to order so it may take 1-2 weeks to make. Custom orders depend on what it is but generally take 4-6 weeks to complete.
