Q) How
secure is your store?
A)
Payments are made securely through PayPal, no account needed.
Q) When can I
expect my order?
A) Products are sent out within 1-2 weeks from date of order unless
otherwise stated.
Q) How long do you need to finish a custom order?
A) On average I need 6-8 weeks to complete an order. From the day you come to me with the design to the day you pick it up. This time frame depends strongly on how busy we are and how available you are for fittings. If you have a shorter time frame please email us anyways, we may be able to help.
Q) What are your
return/exchange policies?
A) You have 7 days from the date you receive item to request
refund/exchange. If it is an exchange shipping is the customers
responsibilities. If there happened to be a problem with the item
please email us first and we will take care of it. Refunds and Exchanges are
not available for custom orders.
Q) Do you make everything on your site?
A) Yes and no.....All of our pieces are except our t-shirts. We are looking into having a Canadian manufacturer produce them for us, however, they are Canadian silk screened.
Q) Who pays for shipping or boarder fees?
A) You, the customer is responsible for all shipping and any boarder fees that your country may charge.
Q) Do you have gift certificates?
A) Not yet however I am looking into it.
