     Payments are made securely through PayPal, no account needed. We do not sell or lend out any of your information to any third company.


    If I live in your area can I come pick up my order?

    Yes for sure! We do operate by appointment only so you will have to phone or email to book an appointment. We even have a debit/credit machine here so you can pay at pick up. 


    When can I expect my order?

    Products are sent out within 1-2 weeks from date of order unless otherwise stated. 


    How long do you need to finish a custom order?

    On average I need 6-8 weeks to complete an order. From the day you come to me with the design to the day you pick it up. This time frame depends strongly on how busy we are and how available you are for fittings. If you have a shorter time frame please email us anyways, we may be able to help. 


    What are your return/exchange policies?

    You have 7 days from the date you receive item to request refund/exchange.  If it is an exchange shipping is the customers responsibilities. Refunds and Exchanges are not available on custom orders.


    Is everything made in Canada?

    Yes.


    Who pays for shipping or border fees?

    The customer is responsible for all shipping and border fees that your country may charge. We offer free shipping to Canadian and USA residents with a minimum purchase of $100, however, any duty/brokerage fees are still the responsibility of the customer.
